First see time slots, then choose an employee

Now, clients/patients must first choose a therapist for 1 and the same treatment and only then will they see this therapist's time locks.
It would be more convenient if people could first look at the time slots, choose which time suits them and only then see who this is for.
When people have to choose a therapist first, they often choose the most familiar face of the practice (with the longest waiting time) and other agendas are less likely to be filled.
With the way of letting people choose a time slot first and only then a therapist, people are more likely to book at a time that really suits them/an earlier moment instead of for a specific person.
As a result, we will also receive fewer calls or there will be room even faster.
