No-show policy
When making the online booking, check the box where the customer must agree to a no-show policy. So that the appointment can be charged if the customer does not show up.

Sending no-show mail.
When customers arrive late, don't show up, etc... can send an email (such as a confirmation email/reminder email) that we can adjust ourselves for a no-show. That customers are reminded that, for example, in the event of a second no-show, they will be blocked from the online agenda or that this appointment will be reimbursed.
