In case of absence of a collaborator, we would like to be able to create an sms/email campaign but with the following filters: Choice of collaborator for a specific period of time. Because currently, when we have to create a campaign we have to find ourselves the customers who should be canceled for the collaborator. The “for a specific period” filter already exists but if we activated it, it would send a message to the customers of all employees in the period as well. Initially, we took Optios for this service and we clearly explained it and then indicated it to the sales representative by email but it is not yet ready. Currently, people with appointments are not notified (sms/email) if we cancel their appointment manually either.
