“Cancel Appointment” button
It would be useful if we could add a “Cancel appointment” button on our own website (book appointment online/cancel online) Because most of our patients don't understand the need to return to the confirmation email.

Is it possible to allow descriptions for services in list form? The list format encourages upsells for beauty salons, but many treatments require an explanation for customers before they choose them. Update/edit - is it possible to add category descriptions in case of list form?

Error message if email address is incorrect when booking online
If a customer enters an incorrect email, can they be notified? Because sometimes they type too fast and there is an error in their email. That way, they will not receive a reminder and/or confirmation.
