Automation of last minutes based on length of time
Sara Meert
Currently, a service must be manually selected and set as a last minute. Can this process be automated by linking last minutes to the available time in the agenda?
As a salon, you can therefore create a last minute based on the length of free time (e.g. 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour). The Optios application automatically shows all treatments/services that fit within this period of time. As a result, the customer has more choice and last minutes are filled faster and saves salons time.
As soon as there is a free space in the agenda, it automatically appears online as a last minute, with ALL possible treatments that fit within that time slot.
However, the service settings must be taken into account. Services that are blocked at certain times must also remain configured like this.

Set last minute to “duration”

Being able to create a last minute for a certain period of time (and thus show services/menus that fit this)
I would find it more convenient if it was just possible to book in for the duration. For example, there is more choice for the customer, for example a men's cut or a short brushing in 30 minutes. This way, the last minutes can be filled faster.

All services that fit in that time slot and for that employee automatically open in a last minute.

Can't the system automatically open all the services that are open in that time slot and for that employee, because I have so many services that would fit in that hour that it is always a huge task to put them all in. And of course, I don't know in advance which service my last-minute customer is interested in
