It is best that no changes can be made in the years or days that have passed.

When I change a staff schedule, that also changed in the previous period. For example, in year 22, I now get empty columns and schedules that no longer match those that I need to keep for control.

With the new HR module, you can now change schedules per period, not across the board. Making changes in the past is only possible by request (including, for example, entering sick days at a later time)
