Correct booking flow for services and menus in the pro website price list
Sara Meert
If a salon only offers services -> The “Book Now” button in the price list starts booking that service.
If a salon only offers menus -> The “Book Now” button starts booking the selected menu. The customer may not be redirected to a separate service that is part of the menu.
If a salon offers both services and menus -> Each item automatically starts the correct booking:
- a service opens the service booking;
- a menu opens the menu booking.
The “Book Now” button must be optional. The salon must be able to switch this button on or off via the price list settings. When the button is off, the price list remains visible, but customers cannot book directly.
Preferably, prices are automatically transferred from the linked service or menu. This way, the price list always stays up to date (or at least with a sync button in case of price changes?)
By default, the current price is displayed. If desired, the price in the price list can be adjusted manually, for example for a temporary promotion. A “price from” option should also be possible.
Services with a duration of 0 minutes cannot be booked online.

After each shift, there is also a book now button and it leads to a service, not the menu!!
You can remove the book now button from the price list - so only show the price!
