It would be useful if a customer made an appointment for the first time (by phone), we could enter their mobile number and email address in the appointment screen.

This has been possible for a while now.

And make it clear that this is a 06 number. I've already experienced a few times when customers enter their fixed number and thus receive a voice message on the home phone in the middle of the night.
