Employee mention in confirmation email

Delfine De Winter
In the online booking, it is possible to specifically select an employee (for some services). In that case, it is useful if the employee is mentioned in the confirmation and reminder emails. But for appointments where no specific employee was chosen (green lock), a change sometimes dares to be made --> move an appointment to another employee. the customer is not informed about this and this sometimes causes resentment in the salon.
It would be useful if we could set up the salon ourselves, in which cases we want to mention the employee in the confirmation emails, etc.

The mail should show better, indeed if an effective preference was set by, for example, also adding the lock icon.
or indeed
Brushing (Delfine preferred)
Cut: (no preference)
can be used with the various services, so customer + salon can immediately see whether it was indicated or not.
