We are repeatedly asked by customers to offer the possibility to pay the full amount via the online reservation.
The “working with advances” principle does not work for our customers.
Asking for the full amount as an advance is not an option.
When mentioning “advance”, the customer thinks that an additional amount will follow at the appointment on site + the message “Attention” this case expects an advance...” does not create trust.
