When booking, many customers find inconveniences by not seeing the “load more” button. This is usually at the bottom of the page when they are booking, even if they are available. They think that the hours they see are the only ones, while at the bottom they have to push the button 'load more'. I hear this every week from customers who don't see this button because it's too small. Possibly a tip to increase it, because that's how we miss out on appointments because they think there is no room left.
