I am a nail technician and sometimes use products for some customers that I don't normally use for everyone. I would love to be able to post this as a comment to the customer. This comment would then be included in the appointment in your agenda when booking a nail appointment. As a result, this is repeated over and over again and you cannot forget it.

This is already possible. When you post a comment in the customer sheet, you can mark it as “visible on the agenda”.

chloe bintein: Strange, maybe a misunderstanding? A pinned comment normally appears at every appointment (from that customer) in the calendar.
