If the appointment is postponed, the deposit will simply move
In case of cancellation:
- online by your customer: Salon sets itself whether or not to refund the advance
If you do not pay back, this deposit will be kept for another appointment after that date
- Manual:
If you remove an appointment from the agenda itself as a salon, you get the option to collect, refund
if you do not tick either of them; then the deposit will go on to the next appointment
