Thanks for your message. You mention that there is “still no solution,” which we understand as a legitimate expectation. However, it is important to note that this is not an unresolved technical problem, but a functional suggestion — a request for improvement among many others.
This idea remains visible and well followed, but it has only received 12 votes so far, while other proposals reach over 100 votes. With more than 1500 customers and more than 1000 requests since 2019, we must naturally prioritize developments that have a wider impact or a technical emergency.
That doesn't mean the demand is being ignored — just that it hasn't yet been incorporated into the current roadmap.
And as soon as it's developed and available, you'll get a notification 🙂

Ok, 12 votes are about changing the image for 'L'Atelier'.
So I think it's a very archaic system. And that worries me because already a remark from a customer 2 years ago.
But, I'm mainly talking about the fact that when booking a workshop, the loading runs all the time and therefore gives the impression that there is a bug. As a result, most customers don't go any further. As a result, I am losing new potential customers :-(.
For my part, I will give a negative review on Google and see if I can file a complaint in your system.

angélique Tiberghien: As far as I understand it, the fact that the page is still loading is indeed a bug, and it is already taken care of by the development team. This will be fixed soon. You're right, it needs to be resolved.
