Sometimes there are people who don't come once or forget the appointment. It's not necessary to send an email right away, but I do want to keep track of how many no-shows there are.

This is already the case. 
When a no-show template has been set up in your account and you designate a customer as a no-show, you will be asked if you want to send an email. 
This way, you can decide for yourself whether the mail will be sent or not for each situation.
