Build in a search function that shows how many appointments per day/3 days/week... (“period”) are booked with a certain service/menu. Example; being able to ask how many chemical peels are included in the agenda.

Hello Roberto,
In the meantime, you could solve this quickly by using the search function in Google using the CTR+F shortcut or on a mac CMND+F.
At the top left, there will be a search function where you can enter the customer's name. This customer's appointment will therefore be colored.
