In my previous system, it was possible to only schedule a private appointment in my personal iOS calendar, after which it was automatically synchronized as a block in my booking program. As a result, I didn't have to enter doctor appointments, unexpected appointments, etc. into two different agendas. It would be much more efficient if this synchronization were also possible in the current system, so that double agreements were prevented.

As a business owner, I want my customers to receive appointment confirmation emails as well as reminders, even if they have not confirmed the GDPR opt-in email. This leads to increased risk of no-show. GDPR opt-in is not legally required for customer facing communication about appointments or reminders, as long as there is no commercial or marketing related content.

In automatic cancellation mail, if the deposit has not been paid, state that it was therefore canceled because the customer did not pay the deposit, otherwise it is confusing

If a customer asks you to add a certain treatment, you can't currently add it to an existing booking via the smartphone.

I would like to open the agenda online until a fixed date. Not per x number of months.

We have a new employee who specializes in men's services (cut, beard, etc... colors) We would therefore like this employee to be booked as a priority on the agenda when the customer provides online service, but our other employees can also still perform these services if there is no longer room with our specialist. So we don't want to check off their knowledge.

Limit travel by appointment

Be able to quickly block multiple services, such as during the holidays. All services except face and nails. I've been trying to block everything for days.

customer pays an advance of 15€ here (colleague's hourly wage), which ends up paid in advance. the customer decides not to keep it off at the next appointment. Agreed, but the customer books new treatments online and has to pay an advance back. a tick or something similar that the system can say that she already has a piggy bank and we ourselves can say this customer does not have an advance online

As a salon, I want to be able to block a service not only on a weekday or date, but also for an entire period of time. So that employees are not available for certain treatments during that period. Example usage: Employee X is pregnant and at work. This person cannot be booked (specifically) for months for colorings. I want to block all color-related services for a period of 8 months for this employee.
