The “Checkout Reminder” pop-up for a comment category (Settings > Customer > Categories) appears with each customer and at each checkout. We use that category for laser treatments (zone, session number, settings), but our wax customers also get the pop-up, so the team usually clicks it off. Please filter by service or category, such as the treatment forms, or the option to show the pop-up only after checkout instead of before.

Please have the same options with regular advances such as online advances. able to collect/refund visible on customer sheets

Currently, the online advance payment in the daily receipts comes on the date that the customer booked not on the date that customer paid This can cause accounting amounts, daily receipts and what came into the account to be mismatched and difficult to find afterwards. For example, customer books on June 15 customer only paid on June 20 Mollie and bank show June 20 Optios shows June 15 for Cash register - advances and Daily Receipts

When sharing customers across branches, specify which branch still has an outstanding credit (and possibly a restriction/right not to see it). Now, this is not clear.
